Gastech-ne Ltd provide bolt working training courses, these are be to the latest ECITB standards and are as follows;
MJI 10 Hand Torque Bolted Connection Techniques
MJI 18 Hydraulically Tensioned Bolted Connection Techniques
MJI 19 Hydraulically Torque Bolted Connection Techniques

These can be taken as individual courses or as a 2.5 day course covering all three elements. The training can be delivered at our base in Ashington, Peterhead, Aberdeen or using our mobile rig to go directly to customer premises and deliver the training in an allocated area.
Our trainers have many years experience of working hands on in the mechanical joint integrity industry on oil rigs, petro chemical plants, oil refineries etc both in the UK and overseas. They are also PTLLS qualified teachers, TAQA qualified assessors/verifiers and hold a NEBOSH occupational health and safety qualifications meaning our training is of a high calibre with emphasis on quality delivery and safety; safety of the technician, safety of the people they are working with and safety of the site/ installation they are working on. We are also a testing centre for the ECITB running the following tests.
